Core practice area litigation

From its inception, the Firm engaged principally in tax litigation. While it continues its focus in that practice today, with the expansion in commerce and industry and the modern day inevitability of our business clients and their principals confronting litigation or the threat of it at some point in their activities, the Firm, to meet client demands, has likewise expanded the scope of its litigation work.

We engage in litigation in all of our core practice areas, such as matters involving shareholder and limited liability company member disputes, corporate deadlocks, stock buy-outs, business litigation, bankruptcy, adversary proceedings and other insolvency law and receivership litigation, as well as will, trust and probate conflicts and disputes.

We also have experience in acting as mediators and other neutrals in business litigation.
